We have decided, at very short notice, to run the half marathon and raise money for a charity that is very close to us!! As im sure some of you are aware, and many of you are not, Motor Neurone Disease has effected my family very closely. With my grandfather and now my father and one of his best friends having the burden of carrying this disease. 

With this in mind we are looking for as much support as possible, as we battle our way through 21km with about as much training as running to the fridge can give us and the last long distance running I did being a stella result in the Tamworth Fun 5km in 1997. 

It wont be pretty to watch, and much less experience, but some cash dollars heading MNDs direction will make this ordeal well worth it.
